Hengrave Hall wedding

I photographed this beautiful Hengrave Hall wedding at the end of August of Kariena and Ashley. They are both really local to me. And I have photographed a wedding of a friend of Ashley’s mums Kirsty and Jacks wedding at Hedsor House too). Hengrave Hall is really spectacular, it has beautiful grounds! But its equally beautiful inside. We were lucky as the weather was perfect for their reception but sadly the rain stopped golden hour, but we did sneek out for some flash photos under the archway to finish the evening.

What was your favourite part of your Hengrave Hall wedding?
One of my favourite parts of the day was walking into the ceremony room and locking eyes with my soon to be husband! We also loved being able to mingle with our guests during the drinks reception – it was so lovely to be able to chat to everyone in between taking our guest and couples pictures.

What did you like about working with me?
Many things! We found the pre-wedding planning call super helpful and we were able to effectively plan our timings of the day based on what we discussed and all factor in the great advice that we received from Julia. On the day, Julia made us feel extremely at ease with her friendly and positive manner as well as her professionalism. She blended into the background so at times we didn’t even know she was there capturing very special candid photos and memories! We also received the pictures of our day very quickly after the wedding and it was amazing to be able to re-live all the moments so soon after when going through them all with our family and friends.
