Horsley Towers wedding

Earlier this month Michelle and I headed over to the beautiful county of Surrey to a venue we had not photographed before, for a stunning Horsley Towers wedding. We have lots of favourite venues we are lucky enough to photograph lots but its always exciting heading somewhere new, creating something different. Horsley Towers definitely doesn’t disappoint, with its secret chapel, beautifully tiled cloisters, and a breathtaking lakeside, the 19th century mansion is spectacular.

Harriet and Edward had first seen my work on instagram when a friend of a friend commissioned us to photograph their wedding last year. You can see Rosie and Alex’s own Surrey wedding here.

It was a day filled with good friends and family, beautiful drinks on the lawn, a fun entrance in an open top Jaguar, and beautiful couple portraits….

First Dance

What did you like about our photos and working with us?

Julia photographed a friend of a friends wedding and as soon as I saw the photo’s on Instagram I fell in love with her work. Her light, natural, intimate style was everything we wanted so we booked her straight away for our Horsley Towers wedding. Julia and Michelle were complete professionals and having talked several times before the wedding, it felt like seeing old friends when they arrived on the day. They were both fantastic, so friendly and they really made us feel at ease. We had so many guests come up to us and mention how lovely the photographers were. In every photo they have managed to capture the love and excitement that was in the air all day. We really can’t thank them enough, our photo’s are incredible and we will treasure them forever!!
