Katy and James married at the picturesque Cain Manor, located in the Surrey countryside. Surrounded by their nearest and dearest, Katy and James said ‘I Do’ in the beautiful manor house located on the grounds. With gardens and glorious backdrops galore, Cain Manor made for some spectacular moments to capture some fine art photography portraits.
The venue
With stunning vistas and gorgeous gardens, Cain Manor surely was a sight for all of Katy and James’ wedding guests. The venue was excellent on the day; the girls running the wedding were all so friendly. It was our first time at Cain Manor, but we cannot wait to go back with such a warm welcome!
The venue was lovingly decorated with an assortment of fine flowers from the talented bunch at Sonning flowers – a mix of beautiful foliage and blush coloured flowers; absolutely beautiful and perfect for the setting.
The couple
Katy and James are a lovely couple, and witnessing them commit to each other was a wonderful experience – we know how lucky we are to be present at such an important moment in couples’ lives, and we never take that for granted.
Katy was so nervous about walking down the aisle with her dad, she shed a couple of tears as she came down. But as we took their group shots, she told us she wished she could relive that moment again as it was amazing, coming down the aisle to James.
The bride’s beautiful gown was from Bride to Be of Reading – I loved the details on the bodice. I also loved Coralie and Sharmaine’s work, who were on hair and makeup – and their fab beauty light made photographing beauty shots a dream!
