Last week I headed up for another engagement shoot, whilst not being necessary for a wedding, I love an engagement shoot – I get to know my couples, they get to see themselves as I see them and most of all its always a fun day out! Last week was no different, as I headed up to West Mersea to meet Kirsty and Sam, whose wedding I am photographing next August. They wanted something colourful and fun, and ideally by the beach so we thought West Mersea would be a pretty cool backdrop. Being December it was a bit of a risk, but clearly we had luck on our side, as they sun even came out through the clouds, so whilst it was a little cold (and I managed to lose my boot in the dunes at one point!) it photographed perfectly.
