This weekend Michelle and I headed over to one of my favourite venues of last year, the breathtaking Wasing Park. I adore the grounds, but also the little touches especially the painted floral mural.
We had the honour of capturing Jodie and Oliver’s wedding. Jodie first got in touch back in 2014, just days after she got engaged as she had seen her good friends Emma and Richard’s wedding photography that I captured and said she knew before she even found her venue that I was the one for her, which of course was a real honour.
Jodie and Oliver’s story is pretty special too, they met as teenagers and together have had four beautiful children, who were all so beautifully behaved and very much part of their day. Oliver’s speech (and reading during the service) were so touching, and its clear for both of them it was love at first sight and the fact they were young was never going to stop them being together forever. Thank you to you both and your lovely family and friends for having us as part of your day
Oh and the shot of Jodie’s stunning bouquet with a photobombing bumblebee, I’ve been told that is very lucky symbolism. How cool is that?
What a gorgeous wedding, gorgeous couple and their love story!! Love the photobombing bumblebee! 🙂 Fantastic photography!!
Such a lovely bride- a real pleasure making your flowers Jodie! Hope you had a wonderful day- Helen
