I admit when I saw the rain coming down on friday I was a little disappointed. Literally only a couple of weeks ago I had wandered about Leez Priory with Nicole and Steven, and it was clear they had fallen in love with it’s grounds and the grandeur of the venue. But it turns out luck was very much on our side and I know two special people were looking down and making sure it was everything they wished for. There was a little drizzle in the morning but that soon cleared up so by the time they were getting married the sunshine was out and everyone got to enjoy the lawn games and drinks in the gardens, then in the evening I got my very own wish granted – some beautiful golden light to finish the day off. I know Steven loves his photography so, as well as capturing their day, I wanted to do something a little different too. So golden hour and a little double exposure was definitely on my to do list! I hope they have an amazing honeymoon (they are heading off on safari like I did with Ian so I know they will!) Michelle and I loved sharing your day with you both!
