This weekend Ian and I headed across to The Fennes, it’s actually a venue in Essex we’ve never been to before (despite photographing weddings for nine years) so it was lovely to get to wander around this stunning venue and grounds. But even better was getting to join in the fun and laughter of Gemma and Luke’s wedding! Gemma first knew about me when a work friend had me capture her wedding, then a couple of years ago Ian and I got to photograph the best man Paul’s and his beautiful bride Lorna’s wedding, when Luke was best man too. This time it was the turn of Gemma and Luke and it felt like we were joining the wedding of two old friends. Clearly a lot of love had gone into Gemma’s planning and everyone had a really magical day…
