Last month Hannah and I headed to Suffolk for Lynne and James country fayre style wedding in James parent’s stunning garden and barn. The Barn was quite literally transformed from a hay barn to the setting for their evening party with a dance floor, photobooth and even a rum den! And alongside it a beautiful marquee was set up in the field. They tied the knot in their parish church in a heartfelt service before everyone headed back for drinks and the party. The day itself was styled by Lynne to the last detail with lots of Peach tones (her maiden name is Peachey so it was very appropriate) and cute country fayre styling. As Lynne and James are such busy people they weren’t able to come and see them at my home but they did send me this lovely message, and after all this is the reason I do this job:
“We had such a lovely evening last night with a bottle of wedding bubbly going through the photo’s on the disc, they have totally exceeded our already super high expectations and are so amazing. You’ve captured so many of the details we have already forgotten and the pictures you caught of my mum and dad reacting to me being ready are really moving. I honestly can’t thank you and Hannah enough for being a part of the day, it really did feel like having a friend there with us. We truly love the photo’s and are so grateful for all of the effort you put in.”
Hopefully I will see them both again at another wedding some day!
