Wedding content creation

I am adding Wedding Content creation to our new packages, I photographed my first ever wedding way back in 2004, friends were getting married and I loved photography. Soon after I started assisting a local photographer who I lived near at the time, before creating my own business. It took me until 2012 to be brave enough to go full time. Over that first 8 years lots changed with digital photography. I studied film photography at A level including learning how to develop. But it wasnt until I really felt comfortable with developing raw images that I was ready to go full time (plus having my daughter gave me the push to make the business extra successful)

Its safe to say the industry has changed lots and lots over the last 20 years but the new and exciting thing, which I have noticed is becoming more popular is Wedding content creation. Ill admit I do love a bit of instagram, and tiktok is growing fast.  So I  I am starting offering Wedding content creation from this year.

What is a wedding content creation?

Wedding content creation for social media is all about capturing and sharing bite-sized pieces of your wedding journey specifically designed to be engaging on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. It’s different from traditional wedding photography and videography in a few key ways:

      • Focus on Short, Engaging Snippets: Wedding content creators capture short clips, photos, and stories that are perfect for scrolling through on social media feeds.
      • Behind-the-Scenes & Candid Moments: While traditional photographers capture posed portraits, content creators focus on the candid moments, getting-ready jitters, and fun interactions that showcase the real emotions of your day.

Here’s a breakdown of what it might involve

      • The Wedding Day: Capturing the “getting ready” process, first looks, ceremony highlights, reception dances, and guest interactions in a fun and creative way.

Benefits of a Wedding Content Creator:

      • Share the Joy with Everyone: Lets friends and family who couldn’t attend feel included in your special day.
      • Keeps the Buzz Going: Creates a fun online narrative around your wedding, keeping the excitement alive.

      Who is it for?

      • Couples who want to share their wedding journey in a fun and engaging way on social media.
      • Those who might have a smaller guest list and want to give a broader audience a glimpse into their special day.

While it doesn’t replace wedding photography or videography, wedding content creation adds a new dimension to documenting your special day, allowing you to share the joy and excitement with the online world!

I will be updating all my packages this week, but if you have already booked in with me you are welcome to enquire about my special offers
