Exploring every hidden alcove and charming feature of luxury wedding venues in Buckinghamshire is one of the many wonderful tasks that fall under my role as a fine art wedding photographer.

But why should I get all the fun?

If you’re on the hunt for luxury wedding venues in Buckinghamshire, make a start with my top five. I hope you love what you see.

      Hedsor House

Arguably the most iconic of all luxury wedding venues in Buckinghamshire, Hedsor House just had to come top of the list. It’s a venue that is historic, grand and fashionable in equal measure and guarantees a glamorous wedding.

The mansion is also surprisingly versatile. You could get married in the dual-height, light-bathed ceremony space like Kirsty and Jack at their Hedsor House wedding, then throw a chic, 20s-inspired party, complete with flamboyant ostrich feather arrangements, in the panelled dining room.

Or, you could emulate the style of Gemma and Andrew’s Hedsor House wedding, which had a timeless and understated blush and gold scheme.

      Notley Abbey

Does anywhere do luxury quite like the South of France? The answer: yes, Notley Abbey does! Marry here in the summer months and with some clever photography angles you will look like youre in fields of fragrant lavender. For a fine art wedding in this naturally stunning setting, be inspired by Jade and Daniel’s Notley Abbey wedding.

The venue itself is beautiful, with a manicured heritage feel inside and out. And when golden hour strikes, the gardens come into their true glory. Just look at Katherine-Mary and Peter’s secluded sunset and privat monents in the gardens from their Notley Abbey wedding.

      Stoke Park

A 200-year-old masterpiece of white stone and Palladian architecture, Stoke Park is nothing short of magnificent. It’s also absolutely enormous, giving you a choice of ceremony and reception spaces inside and out, as well as space to sleep almost all of your guests.

And with the renown and grandeur of this venue comes a foodie reputation to match. If fine dining is top of the menu, this is the Buckinghamshire venue to choose.

      Huntsmill Farm

If you’re thinking a barn wedding is too rustic to make it into one of my luxury wedding venues in Buckinghamshire, Huntsmill Farm may make you think again. Restored stone walls the colour of honeycomb instantly remind you of a sun-kissed Tuscan villa, while chic uplighting creates a seriously romantic glow.

In a horseshoe-shaped courtyard, the setting is private, exclusive and intimate. All that’s left to do is add armfuls of flowers for a whimsical-chic upgrade.

      Chicheley Hall

The majesty of Chicheley Hall’s red brick, Georgian architecture is showcased perfectly by the long driveway that takes you to the door. The huge, curved windows have an almost chateau-like feel and inside, ornate columns will frame your ceremony. There’s a whole host of on-site accommodation for you and your guests, as well as several stunning ceremony options.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this tour of unique luxury wedding venues in Buckinghamshire. Take a look at my photography style and get a feel for what your fine art wedding could look like. I’d love to hear from you as your plans take shape.

      Dornton House

One of my favourite hidden gems in Buckinghamshire is Dornton House. Leona and Ross discovered this venue for their summer wedding. Dorton House is an idyllic 15thcentury Jacobean Mansion located in the heart of beautiful rural Buckinghamshire.  Tucked away amongst farming communities and rolling fields, this hidden gem is a secret waiting to be discovered.
