This week I was very excited to meet the lovely Gemma and Trent all the way from Australia, well actually Gemma was born and bred in Essex but she now lives with her Aussie husband to be in Sydney. They got in touch end of last year when they got engaged and started planning their own great british wedding with a little bit of their travelling influences in there too! I knew they were over for a holiday this September so we booked in their engagement and Gemma said it had to be the great british seaside, which I was over the moon about. I didnt grow up in Essex myself, in fact I moved here only a few years ago to live with my now husband, so I must admit I do love Southend as being anywhere near to the sea is a real novelty for me! Southend makes me think of proper old fashioned seaside delights and it didnt disappoint… Now its the countdown till I see them both again on the big day!
